Text by Matthew Turner: The proposal fills the remaining space on the site with columns, through which axes are cut. The spacing of the columns is the same as the grid of the silo. The structure is four storeys high, the highest floor being a full parking garage, with car lift. On the lower floors, walls and enclosures are intended to make a village (no functions are mentioned) that is flexible and able to added to, as occupation suits. The tall silo becomes a bathing pool at lower level, with the cellular structure retained soaring above bathers.
