Text by Helena Casanova: The urban structure consists of a rigid grid of parallel strips of dwellings connected by private gardens on the rear side, which is dynamized by some small open spaces randomly located in the plan.
The streets in between housing strips are used to access the dwellings. Parking places are located in pockets in front of the houses. Ten different housing typologies, which are design following several morphological configurations and most of them with pitched-roof, create volumetric variety in the housing strips.
