Text by Helena Casanova: A longitudinal block with a sometimes-sloping sculptural roof defines the perimeter of the study area in three of its sides, leaving the area in front of the water open. The ground floor is for a big part full of public functions. In the public courtyard surrounded by the block, organic longitudinal blocks create different morphologies following a very loose free layout. The courtyard presents a hilly topography where the blocks are standing, covering the parking areas on ground floor completely. In the center of the courtyard, a community center seeks to reinforce social cohesion. Shared laundry also seeks to help in this direction.

Green roofs and communal green houses-winter gardens to grow vegetables on ground floor between the houses show sustainability concerns, although this aspect is not completely developed in the proposal.
