Hogehilweg area's character is transformed from 'parking' to 'in park', with a winding route amongst the buildings, making an entrance to each building from the route, paid for by the city and owners recognising the increase in the value of their buildings.

For the Hettenheuvelweg area, the master plan is complete demolition and densification on a city block format, phased over years. On the vacant block, a building in checkerboard format,  with plinth car parking, is proposed. This building is intended to be at first for student housing, but designed to be convertible to offices at a later date.
