Text by Matthew Turner: The aspiration is that the community forms the development. Major additional dykes are constructed along the north, east and west sides of the forest makes the forest a flood overflow zone. The forest folk build elevated 'lodges', positioned at a 'comfortable' distance from each other through the forest which is subdivided into equal, but fenceless plots. The pole houses sit on pads, and are reached along tracks that form dykes. the rest of the forest can therefore act as a flood zone. A central barn pavilion forms the focus of the community, and takes on a variety of uses.
